Send Report Now
Pick who gets this one-time send — doesn't have to match the saved list above.
Automated Schedules
Delivered as a formatted email (not a PDF attachment, since nobody's present to generate one automatically). Checked every ~15 minutes, so delivery lands within about that window of your chosen time.
Your Schedules
Flights
Flight and duty time from check-ins and logged duty. Part 135.267 reference: flight time in 24 h max 8 h (one pilot) / 10 h (two pilots); 10 h rest in the 24 h before a flight ends. Part 135.265 (scheduled): 34 h in 7 days.

FRATs waiting for approval
Flights whose risk assessment scored above the approval limit. Open one to review it, then Approve & Release. You can't approve a FRAT you completed yourself.
One row per operating rule your org flies under. Required before releases under that rule can be created.
Add authority
Only admins can add or remove roles. A user can hold more than one.
Assign roles
Saved.Current Assignments
One profile per aircraft — weight & balance limits used by the release builder and load manifest.
To change a live template, bump the version instead of editing it in place — existing FRATs keep referencing the version they were scored against.
Upload a document
Max 20 MB per file. Anyone in the target group can see and download it.
Shared with you
Every upload, in one place — delete an entire mistaken or duplicate upload here, including all the line items it added, in one action.

Task Cards
Work Orders
The authorization a Task Card belongs to — customer, scope of work, and a work order number (YY-D#### for new ones; imported work orders keep their original number). A work order can have sub work orders, numbered off it (e.g. 26-M0012-01).

Part Release Tag
For the part installed (P/N On / S/N On) — a rotable needs its release certificate on file before the card can be trusted for audit.

Your shop's own internal tracking tag — separate from the release certificate above. A part can carry both at once.

Transfer Work to Another Card
Per QCM 13.2.3.8 — records that this card's work continues on a different Card ID (e.g. a removed panel tracked in the Panel Book). Note the transfer statement and destination in this card's own Corrective Action field separately.
Request a Part
Per DAS-FM-006 — separate from the Parts table above, this tracks the request itself through Parts and Cost approval before anything is ordered or installed.
New Sub-Card
Aircraft, zone, ATA, and W/O MNT No. carry over from the parent card automatically — this is for a finding discovered while working it, not a separate piece of work.

Every logged admin action across all orgs — role changes, invites, group changes, billing, and schedules.
PLATFORM-WIDE
Workspace Order
The order these appear in the hamburger workspace switcher, for any org that has them enabled — separate from whether an org can see a given workspace at all (that's under that org's own Features screen).
Which Workspace each top-nav item belongs to — this applies to every org on the platform. Whether a Workspace is visible at all for a given org is a separate, per-org setting under that org's own Features screen (Groups → pick an org → Features).
Saved.Classifications for your org (Pilot, A&P, IA, or any others you add) and which certificate types each one requires. Assign a classification to a person under Users → their name → Classifications.
Add classification
Extra fields your org wants tracked that don't have a built-in place yet — shown on the matching user or aircraft record once added here.
Add field
GROUP-SPECIFIC
Shared across your organization. Aircraft S/N is the permanent key — Tail No. can be reassigned over an aircraft's life, so it's just descriptive here. On a Task Card, you can look up an aircraft by either.
MEL lists are organized by aircraft type. Mark one list per type as active — that's the only list a deferral for an aircraft of that type can pull items from, below. Older lists stay on file for reference; anything already deferred under them keeps its own record regardless of which list is active now.
Location Groups are the top level (e.g. a region or division); Locations can optionally sit under a group (e.g. a specific base), or stand on their own if you don't need that level. Each aircraft can optionally be tagged with one Location.
Location Groups
Locations
Each aircraft can optionally be tagged with one Program.
The set of statuses (Active, AOG, Flying, Maintenance, etc.) each aircraft can be set to. One is the default new aircraft start at. Every change is logged, so how long an aircraft has spent in a status is always answerable later.
Add status
Every upcoming reservation across the fleet, soonest first. Dispatch, complete, or cancel from here without opening each aircraft individually.
Progressive (Phase 1/2/3/4-style) inspection programs per aircraft type. One program can be active per type at a time — activating a new one for the same type retires the old one automatically.
Add program
Your group's own registered tools — check-out on a Task Card can search against this list instead of free typing. Scoped per group, unlike the shared System Settings lookups below.
Per DAS-FM-043 — documents a lost or missing tool/item, the search effort, and safety-of-flight implications.
Fill in a form's fields and print a copy carrying your group's own logo and name — for a paper record, or when a blank one is needed on the shop floor.
The customer directory Work Orders can link to.
Parts and supplies on hand — quantities, pricing, warehouse location, and compliance flags (rotable, hazmat, airworthy). Shared across your organization, same as Aircraft above.
Standalone tools, separate from the rest of the app — each opens in a new tab and keeps its own data on this device. Add or remove links per group under Group Setup > Utilities.
SYSTEM SETTINGS
These are your org's own shorthand (e.g. "HMnt" — not a published aviation standard), so nothing is pre-filled here — add your own.
One counter, shared across every org — each new Task Card is assigned the next number automatically. Adjust it here if you need to align with existing paper records.
